My CP uses a type of "judicial" process to resolve problems within the organization, we have a board that the Athletic Directors of cheer and football serve on as well as sue coaches and other volunteers.  These are the people that approve anything and everything that goes on within the Bayside Broncos organization.  Any fundraiser or activity that wants to be done must be ran through the board that meets twice a month and they must okay it.  Any conflict that is brought up will go to the board and they will handle it accordingly.  Nothing to my knowledge, or my AD's knowledge, has ever happened where the board has had to take "judiciary" action against someone so I don't really know how it would work, but it is ran as sort of a "government" with a President, V.P., Secretary, and Treasurer so I'm assuming it would be based the same way as maybe a school government would run.
